1. Our Commitment to Sovereignty

Sovereign Data Partners LLC ("Sovereign") is built on the principle of data isolation. Our primary competitive advantage is that your sensitive trade records never enter the training sets or processing environments of public cloud-AI providers.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We collect and process trade data (including CBP Form 7501 records) exclusively for the purpose of forensic auditing and IEEPA Chapter 99 recovery identification. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

3. Local AI Inference & Security

Unlike traditional AI firms, our forensic engine utilizes local inference models. This means while data is staged in secure cloud environments, the actual "intelligence" and analysis occur on our private, on-premise compute nodes. This eliminates the risk of data egress to third-party AI APIs.

4. Our Sub-Processors

We utilize enterprise-grade, SOC 2 Type II certified partners for secure infrastructure. Our current sub-processors include:

• Supabase (Database & Authentication): SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 Certified.
• Box (Secure File Storage): SOC 2 Type II and FedRAMP Certified.
• Vercel (Website Hosting): SOC 2 Type II Certified.

5. Data Retention

We maintain a rigorous data lifecycle. Raw trade records are purged from our systems within 30 days of the final audit delivery, or according to your specific jurisdictional requirements.
