Development Status Notice: Sovereign Data Partners is currently in private development. The portal is not accepting public registrations, client engagements, commercial submissions, payments, or production client data at this time.

1. Our Development Commitment

Sovereign Data Partners LLC ("Sovereign") is developing private-development systems for forensic trade-data analysis. The intended operating model is based on data isolation and limiting exposure of sensitive trade records to public AI training sets or third-party AI processing environments.

2. Expected Data Collection & Usage

When the service becomes operational, Sovereign expects to collect and process trade data, which may include CBP Form 7501 records, exclusively for forensic auditing and potential IEEPA Chapter 99 recovery-identification workflows. Sovereign does not currently accept production client data through public registration or public upload flows.

If the service becomes operational, Sovereign does not intend to sell, rent, or trade client information.

3. Local AI Inference & Security

Sovereign is developing a forensic analysis workflow intended to use private or local inference models where practical. If and when access is granted, data may be staged in secure cloud environments while analysis is designed to avoid unnecessary data egress to third-party AI APIs.

Privacy and security controls described here reflect the intended and developing operating model. They should not be read as a statement that Sovereign is currently operating a public production client portal.

4. Infrastructure & Sub-Processors

Sovereign's development-stage infrastructure may use the following providers:

  • Supabase for database and authentication services.
  • Cloudflare R2 for private object-storage architecture.
  • Vercel for website hosting and deployment.

Any third-party certifications, security attestations, or compliance commitments should be verified against the applicable provider documentation and any final client agreement before production use.

5. Data Retention

Because Sovereign is not accepting production client data at this time, no public production data-retention commitment is currently in operation for client submissions. If the service becomes operational, retention periods for raw trade records, derived audit artifacts, and final reports should be defined in the applicable client agreement or written operating policy.
