1. Description of Service

Sovereign Data Partners LLC provides a forensic data auditing service designed to identify potential tariff overpayments and IEEPA Chapter 99 recovery opportunities. We are a specialized data operations firm, not a law firm or a government agency.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

While our methodology is built on forensic precision, Sovereign does not guarantee that identified recovery opportunities will be approved or paid by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Final determination of recovery always rests with the relevant governing authorities.

3. Data Accuracy

Our audit is only as accurate as the data provided. Clients are responsible for the integrity and completeness of all 7501 forms and trade manifests uploaded to the Sovereign Portal.

4. Intellectual Property

Sovereign retains all rights to its proprietary audit algorithms, local inference methodologies, and the "Sovereign Standard" workflow. Clients retain full ownership of their raw trade data and the final reports generated for their account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sovereign utilizes SOC 2 Type II certified sub-processors and local compute isolation. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our forensic tools.
