Development Status Notice: Sovereign Data Partners is currently in private development. The portal is not accepting public registrations, client engagements, commercial submissions, payments, or production client data at this time.

1. Description of Service

Sovereign Data Partners LLC is developing a forensic data-auditing workflow intended to help identify potential tariff overpayments and IEEPA Chapter 99 recovery opportunities if the service becomes operational. Sovereign is a specialized data-operations firm in private development, not a law firm and not a government agency.

Sovereign is not currently accepting public registrations, client engagements, commercial submissions, payments, or production client data.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

If the service becomes operational, Sovereign will not guarantee that any identified recovery opportunity will be approved or paid by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or any other authority. Final determination of any recovery always rests with the relevant governing authorities.

3. Data Accuracy

Any future audit or analysis would be only as accurate as the data provided. Future clients, if accepted, will be responsible for the integrity and completeness of all CBP Form 7501 records, trade manifests, and related materials submitted through the Sovereign Portal if and when access is granted.

4. Intellectual Property

Sovereign retains all rights to its developing audit algorithms, local-inference methodologies, and the "Sovereign Standard" workflow. Future clients, if accepted under a separate agreement, would retain ownership of their raw trade data and any final reports generated for their account, subject to the terms of that agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sovereign's privacy, security, and compute-isolation commitments are being developed for possible future operation and should not be read as a representation that a public production client service is currently available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on development-stage materials, demonstrations, or non-production forensic tools.
